Burgers or Pizza

Post by Mugsy » 30 Jul 2016, 22:56

So Burgers won the burgers vs burritos poll I reckon. How will it fair against pizza?

I'm planning out my eateries for my Hobart trip and am torn between these two choices. So many good burger joints around my hotel! But I wanna give some of the pizza venues a try too. Decision, decisions.

Depends what time of day it is. Burgers win as a lunch meal, but pizza is a better dinner option.

You should try some tapenade on a burger then.

As for fish on burgers, the Atlantic salmon burger from these guys sure looks mighty tempting... and I'm not a fan of salmon (I got sick of barramundi too... tuna, cod, snapper, and whiting are my choices these days).

Not that I don't agree with you from a culinary point of view, but pizza is too much carbs at dinner for me these days. Last few times I've had pizza for dinner, I haven't felt too good whether it be Dominoes or even gourmet pizza from a mid/upper class restaurant.

And for that, I'm so glad! Burgers WIN! Though we are spoilt for choice in Melbourne. Damn good burgers around the place. Unsure about other cities.

I got nothing for ya... I was raised to not do things I wouldn't want done to myself. And that's why anal sex is off the agenda.

Blend the anchovies into the mayo or sauce, and add chopped olives to the dough mix before baking off the buns, or layer them between meat and cheese so it becomes one with the melted cheese. :D

Burgers 100%. Pizzas are good, but burgers are great imo.
