Formula 1 sold
This could make things interesting for the future. Wonder if any major changes will come from this.

I think medium-long term, they might actually start embracing the internet/digital delivery, but that's probably still 3-5 years out, short term though I expect business as usual

I was hoping that Bernie would be fucked off, but he's been given a new 3 year deal as part of this agreement

=/

Only issue with that is the current rights deals which all extend in to the 2020s...

I did forget that, but, 2020 is 4 years, so 3-5 works!

So far of the unveiled cars, the Sauber is the nicest looking.
Also noticed that Sauber, Force India and Renault have a giant "fin" behind the air intake, where Mercedes have a much smaller one that follows the curve of the air intake.

So far Merc is the best and the Force India is most disappointing.

The Sauber definitely has a cool old school look that meshes well with the new lower, wider cars, but I just think Mercedes nailed it.

Renault is also very good.

I think RBR will probably have the best again if they stick with the matte look.

Nice, I'm liking the orange and black on that one
The cars look so much better with the new rule changes. Hopefully the racing is a bit more interesting to go with it

Problem I have is that when I hear the McLaren name I think of the 90's Marlboro colour scheme

I like it better than the actual Red Bull car... Even the Haas car looks nice...
Favourite is still the Sauber, followed by the Toro Rosso and McLaren...

Now to wait until the first race to see how they all go.

They sound weird through the dodgy camera that was used to video that...
Also just checked my schedule and I have a kid free weekend for Melbourne. So looking forward to it being on the TV the entire time :D

Not sure that I'd call a $1700 camera and $250 mic dodgy for non professional use, but the cars sure do sound as dodgy as ever! :P

(his WRC videos are pretty good too.)
