Now there are rumours that Kimbo Slice has died of heart failure, unconfirmed at this point.

Looks like it has been confirmed :(

Also looks like the ban has been lifted on Ariel.

And Rousey is going to be pissed if this is true

What a crazy MMA week.

Brock v Hunt will be an interesting fight to watch. Either Brock will get smashed back out of the sport again or he'll get an upset win. Not likely to be boring either way. :)

Kimbo dropped dead today, drug/PED related heart attack methinks.

Amazing card over all, 3 title fights, Brock vs Hunto and Cain vs Browne :D

Funny thing was Brock opened as 2-1 favourite, but so much money came in on Hunto that quickly reversed

Wish I had known that before putting my bet on Hunt, the price might swing back the other way now.

Also if anyone else is putting a bet on UFC 200, specifically the Sage Northcutt v Enrique Marin this might be of interest to you:

Image

Came from Reddit so I don't know how truthful it is but Ilya Grad is a legit Muay Thai boxing champion so it could be worth a bet, Enrique Marin is currently at $3.50

I wouldn't worry Doug, he's been tested 5 times since the fight was announced according to reports.

Jon Jones is out of UFC 200 for a doping violation. http://www.ufc.com/news/ufc-statement-o ... uly-6-2016

New main event will be Brock Lesnar v Mark Hunt!

Looks like Jones could receive a 2 year ban, Lesnar will now have main evented UFC 100 and 200, nice for Mark Hunt as well, but Dana White can't confirm yet if Daniel Cormier will be on the card or if he will be paid anything at all, which has got to be devastating as hes spent months training his ass off and promoting this fight just to have it all turn to shit on him a few days before the fight because the other bloke can't keep his shit sorted and his misses out on what would have probably been the biggest payday of his life..

Latest news is that Meisha Tate's title defence has been bumped to the main event, and Anderson Silva has stepped up to fight DC on 3 days notice in a 3 round non-title fight.

DC offered to sign a waiver to fight him anyway, that's how badly he wanted to fight Jones he didn't care that he was juiced. Jones's b sample came back positive as well, 2 supplements and apparently sentences stack so it could be a 4 year ban, Dana White has no interest in talking to Jon Jones, maybe UFC has a started to realize he starting to cost more then he is worth

It makes sense for to have the title fight as the main event, Ronda Rousey is meant to be in the crowd so I'm sure they will finish the show with her facing off against the champ to set up for their matxh

Well someone fucked up the main event, either UFC or Foxtel and seeing as how the MMA subreddit isn't raging I'm guessing it was Foxtel

Herb Dean finishes talking and the girls touch gloves, move back to their corners, fight starts, its all going good for the first minute or so suddenly sound cut outs, then a promo for the post fight show starts playing, then we see Herb Dean and the girls touching gloves again, then the sound stutters and the image is frozen, then you hear "AND IT IS ALL OVER" and the footage comes back on just in time to see Tate tapping out.

What Brock really meant when he called Jon Jones unprofessional for getting popped was that it was unprofessional for him to get caught before the fight/payday...

I'm actually surprised by this, not that Brock is on something... I mean come on, this is what he looked like in his original WWE run

Image

I just that I figured he would have made sure he had cycled off the stuff before signing on for the fight.

Obviously the USADA tests are more accurate than he thought.

Interesting he was tested 7 other times since some time in June without getting pinged. Mark Hunt was only tested 3 times over a longer period by comparison.
No doubt Brock has used PEDs at some point but it's strange he'd fail 1 out of 8 leading in to something that big.

Good thing he has that WWE thing to fall back on!
