Apparently there is a footy tips app for Android (Don't know about iPhone as I don't have one)
So now I shouldn't actually miss doing my tips like usual :D

Joined up, I'm doing footytips.com.au for work anyway so more comps the merrier :)

I happened to get talking to a cabbie in NSW who has a few startups, and one of them is an app you can use to mix statistical analysis with intuition on how other factors could play in the game such as umpires, home ground advantage, weather, current form and injuries. It then gives you a percentage estimate on how often each side would win that game. Might give it a shot for this season and see how it goes ;)

Oh and I'm a Power supporter.

melbourne's new policy of more time training and less time in the tattoo parlour should be a winner :P

hopefully it works well for them and in 20 years time we will have a fresh crop of successful retired Melbourne players who have scored TV hosting jobs and are on indefinite leave for banging their co-hosts wives!

Hoping for a good year for the doggies, want to at least make top 8 again. Dockers first up, my FiL is a hardcore Dockers fan, even has their logo tattooed on his back, would love it if we beat them.

Have I covered all of the supporters properly in the OT?

11 people in the tipping comp, pretty decent number!

I think just for one game of the round, so if multiple people pick 9/9 or whatever, there's a method to split into who's doing better, it should have had that for last nights game when you put your tips in, if you didn't do it, no big deal for this round, as whatever the default is still puts you currently in first place

Yeah. First game of the round is usually what they ask you to pick a margin. In this case, Richmond won by 9 points so you only have a 9 point difference to your margin (default tip is 0)
