Final War is a tactical card game (TCG) by Australian studio Games Lab. The game can be played by two to four players pitting their armies against each other in the fantasy universe of Gloren. I have had my hands on the games starter set for a while now to pin down what this TCG does differently.

Looks kinda interesting, if only I could convince my partner to play trading card games with me again after I destroyed her at Pokemon a few years ago.

In common usage it doesn't mean that, but it seems the Final War team wanted it to mean Tactical for their game. Perhaps to do with their game being a bit different to the standard TCG, but still wanting the acronym-recognition that goes with it.PinothyJ wrote:Since when has TCG mean tactical card game?

Upset is a bit strong a word here. I am annoyed at most.Matty wrote:What a hilarious thing to get upset over.
The choice is only going to hurt them so I guess it is self-fixing?

I mostly use it to keep things concise. That said I have heard several games refer to them self that way.PinothyJ wrote:Since when has TCG mean tactical card game?
