If the new protector falls off I will probably just glue a random one from Amazon on with Loca Glue bought from the same place...
Why would you need to glue it? Just buy a non cheapo screen protector.

This shit is simple,if it doesnt come with sticky tabs then put it in place, tape one side to the phone, flip if back to pull the backing off the screen and then flip it back onto the phone... it's nearly impossible to fuck up.

I've tried Otterbox, Amfilm, Olixar, and Nuglas.
Otterbox corner didn't stick on.
Amfilm fell off, Olixar fell off and so did Nuglas.
They only have tape on the side, top, and bottom of the TGSP. Hence why they tend to fall off.
Hence why a lot of people use the Whitestone, applies with a UV curing clear LOCA Glue. I happened to fail in applying it, but I will give it a go if the one I got applied for me happens to break/other that renders it inoperable.

If you happen to have a screen protector (glass) that's stayed on your phone since day one - I'd love to know.
I'm not the only one who has had problems with TGSP's falling off. I've literally never had the problem until my S9+ came, probably because it has got curved glass.

Curved glass sucks for glass screen protectors... My Nokia 8 must have a slight curve, as most of the protector is fine. But a few millimetres at the edge didn't stick properly and doesn't look as nice. But I couldn't be bothered doing anything about it and so that is how it has stayed.

I've always just used unbranded ones off ebay that are obviously out of the Olixar factory, xperia xz1 so curved but not as curved as your phone. Out of interest, do you normally use one of those gel style cases? Something like the Otterbox you linked is going to squeeze your phone at the corners, they just arent made to fit properly with a glass protector on.

Normally, yes. I tried "case friendly" versions. They fit well with the case. I also dremeled the sides of the plastic inner shell to doubly make sure.
Plenty of room. I made sure *before* putting the TGSP in. Anyway, went to a store and got them to put a Loca glue TGSP on, hasn't fallen off yet.
Oh and the Whitestone fits with a dremeled Otterbox. I also made sure of that.

It's a balance between the smell and cleanup vs kitty killing wildlife and getting into fights.

For me the cat can stay inside so I don't have to deal with vets often and whatever damage to the neighborhood birds. No smell from the litter tray in the rest of the house 99% of the time.

Yeah I'm just so not into it, you can tell the moment you walk into someones house if they have kitty litter - particularly if they aren't real clean about it, eventually their clothes just end up smelling like it forever

I think you'll find that's cat food, not litter?

But I do agree, one of the only reasons probably that I've never really been into cats is that I am insanely sensitive to the smell of kitty litter. Unless you live in a freaking mansion, if you have a cat and you have a kitty litter tray, I'll know the moment I walk in the door.

We have friends who moved into a brand new house, they'd only been in it 3 weeks when I visited and the moment I opened their front door I realised the brand new house smelled exactly like their old house - it smelled like dogs, cats and kitty litter. Their clothes smell that way, the inside of their car smells that way. It's foul.

I go to fairly extensive lengths to ensure our house doesn't smell "doggy" with two dogs living inside, there's honestly nothing that turns me off more and makes me think you're a dirty bastard than being hit with pet smells the moment I walk in someone's front door.

The litter I use eliminates any smell. I also clean it 2 - 3 times a day, vacuum a lot as well.
Plus - the diet also helps with any smells.
Also a large house.

I also have wax melts. But honestly, if you use the right litter, and right diet you won't smell it.
You have to change the litter relatively regularly as well.

Local wildlife here consists of Australian birds. Not the Indian Mynah. If it were just Indian Mynah's it'd be outside.

Yeah the right food helps a lot. The cat stays indoors and only gets indoor cat food - minimal smells. The dog is out during the day and eats whatever, loves to snuggle and fart lots at night.

Cue marital disharmony over the coming weeks, as our PC which has been neglected for a solid month or more now becomes the most bickered over item in our house due to the clashing release of a Sims 4 Expansion and the new Battlefield game

Not too many purchases for Black Friday - 6 bottles of Squealing Pig Sav & 6 bottles of Jacob's Creek Trilogy Sparkling delivered for around $90 - the Pig was $10/bottle and the Trilogy came down to $5

However, we now have 5 x cartons of beer, 18 bottles of wine and 6 bottles of bubbly in stock so I've been told to cool my jets on the booze shopping

Also got some stuff from Bonds, which Neko kindly tried to alert me to a week or two ago, but at the time I was too intoxicated to be able to locate the things we needed  :

I've also done my Christmas Shopping for the Niece and Nephews, and I've done most of Disco's Christmas shopping.
