If it's in open beta, I might just download it overnight tonight. Spewing I still haven't set up something like TeamViewer on my home PC so I can remote in to start downloads like this.

But it seemed to only last a game and the next would be fine.
Might be getting dropped onto the wrong server for a game. HoTS doors that all theythe time, have had maps hosted in Singapore, America and even Brazil iirc. It's annoying when it happens in a moba let alone fps :/

The game is surprisingly playable on 200-300ms ping, especially if you're not playing a hitscan character. Tracer and McCree are off the cards, as are any hopes of being a good Reinhardt or Winston, but I've still won lots of games on that ping.

It seems like the more Aussies I party with the more I land in Syd and SGP servers, so group up guys.

I enjoyed the game last night. It's VERY TF2 like but it's enjoyable. I don't think it's worth $65 (OGS) though. $30-$40 maybe.

We had a few good rounds today. Was fun to get some decent games in. Makes a big difference when everyone is organised, and knowing what's going on.

Had a few actual player matches last night with disrupt4 and rawkfist. Amazing how much better you go with just a few people on Skype or whatever

Enjoyed it a lot, really enjoying the rocket launcher lady, pharah?

I managed to get a group of 6 guys going. We had some good games, and some bad, even though we were all on TS...

I ended up having to quit due to unusable net... But was good being on with a full group.

I'm still enjoying it, and will be buying it. I think I can get my money's worth out of it, and to me that's all that matters.

Will be my go to shooter for a while

Got a good few games in this morning, me and 6 randoms that just stayed in the lobby together for like 8 games, win or lose everyone in that group was happy at the end of the game and complimented good plays, some of the other people who would only stick around for 1 game where just scum though, 1 guy called me a faggot for picking a healer, then was crying for healing during the match. Sorry bro no amount of healing is going to fix whats wrong you.

Agreed Doug. Idiot. One complaint is the fact that on some missions when you're the attackers, the defenders can shoot into your "base" and kill you. Countless times I've been cornered in by Bastion and then he gets his ulti, comes to the door and bombs me.
Played last night. It's good but am still undecided about whether or not I'll buy it (still think $60 is steep)

I might just bite the bullet and pick this up today. My last try of the beta wasn't so bad and between PA and my bro's friends, I'm sure I'll get into a few games with more casual players.

It's only $79 for the origins edition at JB anyway and I'll get a bonus skin for Widowmaker (my fav character so far... yeah, I'm a sniper whore).

That and the d3 portrait, tracer in hots and the widowmaker skin. Yeah I am a sucker for bonus content. Pity I missed all the cheap origin ed cd keys 4 moths ago.

Picked up my copy at lunch today, with all my goodies from EB...
Redeemed it all and ready to go when I get home from work.

My baby Winston figurine is pretty damn awesome.
Just not sure where he is going to sit that the kids won't grab him to play with... Hmm...

Heh heh heh. https://www.twitch.tv/mythcookie/v/68295313

Game seems about the same as it was in beta, not sure anything has changed. D.Va's mech explosion is maybe not quite as far reaching for the insta-kill? But maybe that was just the "arcade" playlist I was in.

Still good fun though. :)

Overall the Origins ed isn't a bad little package... got my Mercy wings and portrait for D3, got a total of 6 skins for Overwatch, and even got Tracer for Heroes of the Storm.

Unfortunately, they handed out Jaina as a bonus free HOTS hero via a card in the game pack... and I own Jaina already! Guess I can always pass the character to my bro so he's got another choice in HOTS. Did everyone else get Jaina or is it random?

The "Clueless Gamer" segments are often incredibly cringeworthy. Not sure why Dinklage and Headey are there, but okay!

I like my Baby Winston in WoW. I don't much like playing as Winston in Overwatch though. :(

Yeah, I'm not a fan of Winston in the game... pity they didn't make baby winston for both D3 and WoW... but those Mercy wings... oh yeah!

I wonder if there's clan support in Overwatch?

No clan/community support that I could find. If someone knows different, holler!

Finally found what Genji's good for... killing Bastions! Pop the bullet deflect and aim at them and if they keep firing they die very fast indeed. :D

Genji is good for a lot more than that, but he's really tough to play well. The fragging power of a Genji can totally turn the tide of a game.

Also I didn't realize Genji could deflect Pharah's rocket barrage until tonight, and I learned it the hard way :<

No clan support yet, but I don't know what that would add at this point? You can group easily. You can find everyone that would be in a PA clan in this thread, and plenty of people on Discord.
