New leg powers and the resurrection of Mortick's Brace...

Edit: Anthony's patch note vids are usually pretty entertaining... especially when it gets to WD buffs and items.

Looks like there is absolutely no new cosmetics for S18...

No reason to play next season it seems. Might stick to NS to get the new items to cube.

Well here's something we didn't expect... planned new class set for each class!
Our crew is hard at work crafting additional Themed Seasons, a new set for each class, dozens of Legendary powers, and some class balance changes. Quality of life and the occasional gameplay system updates are also within scope, as we evaluate how we can keep bringing new magic to the world of Sanctuary. These updates won’t arrive all at once, so if you don’t see something for your class right away, don’t worry; there’s something coming for everyone.

Of course, the youtubers have been hungry for more content to post about...

They just need to give us more storage space too... or better yet, 7 more character slots.

My NS stashes are so packed and my setup which revolves around two sets per character so another character per class works well for me.

Patch 2.6.6 has dropped.

Chance to drop new plans not 100% though.

Looks like I'm sitting this season out on my own accounts.

On my brothers account....

I'm only up to chapter 3 but have my 4pc bonus for M6 plus half the complementary legs. I really don't want to do bounties to finish the chapter.

Slowly chipping away at the season journey. Still on chapter 5 but I've done curses and mastered the set dungeon so it's really just a lot of rifts and gem leveling at this point. I might focus on leveling up a LOD gem for my bro though. He might find more use from that.

Also found myself hunting down items that he hasn't cubed yet... Sources, mojos, crafted items and fist weapons.

Guardian done!... on my bro's account.

Got a LOD gem to rank 70 in the process so if he every wanted to make non-cookie cutter builds, he's in a good spot.

Looks like my bro is pretty happy with all the stash tabs I've unlocked for him. He's anticipating the release of the new sets and will probably get back into the game then.

Leveled up LoD on both my NS accounts to 70. My alt account's DH is a little gimped due to no Crimsons or squirts so is having trouble carrying both accounts past GR80 using UE MS.

Got my Zeis and Boyarsky's up to 70 on that account too... I hardly play it in SC so I don't have a full set of leveled up gems in SC.

LoD rapid fire is pretty good but resource dropping below 90% still occurs frequently for me... I need to learn to position better before bunkering down and firing.

Also dropped a quadfecta ancient TnT on my main that I passed to my alt... basically IAS, double crit and CDR... gonna use it on my LoD traps build. Also need to set up my LoD Chakrams build too.

NS is fun again with LoD!

In my attempts to level up my gems on my alt account's SC mode, I've finally done a GR100. UE MS only got me up to about GR95 before getting too squishy. Had to change to Shadow Impale which is ridiculously tanky... running the lightning version atm which is a nice change from the cold version.

Initial thoughts from a few streamers on the new sets:

I've tried both and both are squishy as fuck. The monk set looks the most interesting but the mechanics are clunky.

Sader's FotH is visually satisfying but the damage is still underwhelming but fairs better than the Monk set. Anthony Evans' video probably shows the set as being tougher than it really is as he's using Unity which is not viable for group play.

EDIT: Also all effects for the Season 19 seasonal buff:

WW barb got a nerf it seems.

But the revised new sets look functionally better. FotH is gonna rock and I'll finally have a use fore my Heavens Fury shield.
