I'm away for work again. I should be able to jump on tomorrow for some games, or perhaps we can try some Victor Vran , Pade. Well figure it out.

Don't think I have any ancients... if I do they are already gone and not that concerned... haven't really looked at non-seasons lately. So not a huge loss.

Cleaned up most of my gear on my alt account... got a bunch of gems and normal legendaries I'll do later. Don't want to think about my main account atm.

Can't wait till the 24th of the month when Kanai's Skorn will spawn.

Cool

Smashed out the story mode so I could unlock my non-seasonal bank and start cleaning everything up. So much junk to turf!

I'm keeping the calendar clear for S10 so I can get 5 straight days and get a nice head start :D

I think I've done as much cleaning as I can before the patch hits.

I need the crafting mats tab to clean out a whole tab so I can have space to sort stuff.

I also need the armoury so I can swap builds more readily.

I need the patch so all the ancient items I am to salvage gives more souls.

My brother's account's mailbox is emptied at least.

Tip from someone who's a bit OCD with having a clean stash... salvage what you don't need to keep before the end of a season. Sorting through the mailbox is a PIA.

And don't hoarde anything which bad rolls. You'll end up spending more time cleaning up stuff. Of course, this is granted you know what's a good roll for dps and zdps builds.

The new Fill button for the Kanai's Cube recipes is nice. Extracting Legendary Powers with slightly less hassle! :D
The change to make all Acts reward the same when completing bounties should also be nice, can just knock out the one you need to get back to extracting powers.

So it seems i have to farm boots, bracers, and some more set pieces again for my zdps set again. They vanished, and i'm told that is too bad, no item restoration (even if blizz are at fault). Fun times.

Humbug! :(
On the other hand, an excuse to play more Diablo.

That's a very positive way to look at it Mythor.

I've just finished my stash clean up (incl S9 gear). Nothing missing that I know of (but I got so much gear I probably wouldn't know) Two completely empty tabs in NS and the odd pocket here and there for other stuff. My monk loot is spilling over though into the stash. I can definitely do with the extra two tabs that come with the Necro still especially if I pick up some decent Wizard gear next season.

Been testing some of the new set-piece buffs on the monk and crusader. The rolands set buff is noticeable but the lightning sweeper build still suffers from quality of life issue I think, I'll be steering clear of playing the crusader next season.

The buff to innas EP on the other hand is quite good as the build already had good quality of life prior the patch.
So far I've managed to clear GR80 with no augments, I think i'll try pushing this build in my S10 solo play.

I like Rolands but agree that the mechanics of the set, complimentary legendaries and skills make it very clunky to play. I think they were going for 'armoured tank' feel to the set but it's more frustrating than anything half the time.

They sorely need to add primary attacks, Blessed Shield and Phalanx to this set IMHO. All would work well with the IAS buff the set gives and retain the physical attacks theme of the build. The changes to Akkhans can focus on the more 'gift from the gods' themed skills like Heaven's Fury and Fist of the Heavens.

Hmm... what to play for S10?
Done 2 seasons as Witch Doctor, so that is having a break... and a season as Monk. Which I enjoyed.

Think Barb or Crusader

I enjoy both classes (well, I enjoy all the classes) but I found leveling from 1 to 70 more enjoyable with Barb. If you get the Seismic Slam or HOTA bracers early on, the damage bonus scales with your weapon upgrades.

Barb would have the better free set this season. Akkhans still sucks.

Well I have done 2 classes, so it will be one of the others...
So Wizard, Barbarian, Demon Hunter, or Crusader...

Thinking the Barbarian for something completely different to the witch doctor

Here are the sets granted by Haedrig’s Gift in Season 10:

Barbarian – The Legacy of Raekor
Crusader – Armor of Akkhan
Demon Hunter – Embodiment of the Marauder
Monk – Inna’s Mantra
Witch Doctor – Zunimassa’s Haunt
Wizard – Delsere’s Magnum Opus
Definitely not doing Barbarian if I play S10. Furious Charge spam is painful. :D
Maybe Demon Hunter, the Sentry spam was pretty funny last time. :)

I'm still waiting for Blizzard to give me back my fire and ice rocket M6 build. They sorely need an item to make sentries autofire so you can switch between the two modes of play. It's not OP by any means as sentries do less than half the overall damage in the build with most coming from the player. To be worthwhile, they'd need to add something like this onto the M6 set bonuses:

"Enemies hit by spiked traps or caltrops take X% more damage from attacks fire automatically by sentries for 10 seconds"

but it would open up an old style of play that was fun (which the game could always do more of), without making it OP.
