Two more objectives for Guardian... Need to augment and cube about 15 more items. All the heavy lifting done already.
Nice!

I just need to get 2 more gems to 70 now

In case anyone was interested in pushing leaderboards following the anti-cheat additions, they seem to be effective (for now at least):

Currently enjoying this season and with the crazy 23.5hr a day "players" not taking up the upper ranks and a chunk of the player base sitting this season out due it being a repeat, more casual players are getting on the leaderboard.

Decided to put some time into my main account and managed to get Guardian at about P550. That's a pretty sweet portrait!

Now to level up my augmenting gem in HC to 90 so I can get Guardian there too.

AU server has gone to shits over the past week. My whole clan is experiencing massive, extended lag spikes at the same time (1800msec+ pings on my end) and many of us are getting error 1016s (booting from the game).

I've stopped playing HC atm... but even SC is pretty annoying with the above problems. I dropped from my last greater rift (we were doing GR100) which counted as a death probably so I lost my bonus gem upgrade. It's annoying.

For the first time in any season, I've hit P1000!

The milestone was a bittersweet victory though as last night I RIPPed with my main HC Wizard... lots of good items on that Wizard including a Primal Etched Sigil with the exact stats I needed. I have back up gear... not as good not many ancients but I can keep playing at the very least. Gives me something to gamble for again.

I'm not even P1000 OFF-season, hah! Congrats Mugsy! Bummer about the HC Wizard though. :(

Double Treasure Goblins? Kind of a weak "theme", isn't it? :(

Might actually skip this season, double goblins isn't enough to get me to play I don't think

Wonder if the new Diablo project is actually Diablo 4 https://careers.blizzard.com/en-us/openings/oNiH7fwD

If it's not Diablo 4 I hope it's another expansion for Diablo 3, not something weird like a mobile version or VR "experience".

Very weak theme considering what PoE has been coming up with.

I'll still be playing given i had planned to spec up condemn Sader builds this season. Next few seasons better bring something fresh though. I'm running out of fresh builds to run rifts again and again in.

Edit: There's apparently some wording on that page saying other things will be introduced as the season unfolds. Better be something good.

In addition to doubling up on everyone’s favorite treasure-thieving troublemakers, other celebrations may spring up across the globe as we kick off this exciting new Seasonal concept.
Makes me think it'll be more like double xp weekends and the like?

Doesn't start until after E3, June 15/16. Other side of E3 is too far away to consider!

They've been against doing double XP/bounty weekends again as in the seasonal environment, players who aren't around on those weekends are seen to be disadvantaged. But who knows.

Treasure goblin doubling seems to also apply to at least the Menagerist Goblin. Got 2 of them at level 4 and have 2 new pets now. :D

Rolled a Crusader this season. After day 1 of play, I'm at P134 and somehow managed to get perma Akarat's Champion going.

Dropped a Fate of the Fell pre-max level which I've cubed and also got the matching bracers so now I'm Holy Shotgunning it!

Not much of a dent today. Still rocking the same gear more or less. The game doesn't want me playing Condemn as it refuses to give me the shield.

I started a Demon Hunter AND got to 70 inside a week! I remember spamming sentries and multishot being more fun though. :(

I don't blame you mate.

This is the third season with the same patch more or less. Most players will have exhausted all the builds available for them to try more than likely unless they're pacing themselves. In my case, I've got the Condemn sader to try in its current form and I have a good group of players to team up with to keep the game interesting. But I'll have run out of fresh builds to play after this season.

Not sure if the introduction of themes will go very far to keep the game fresh. Double gobs isn't anything new but it's making it easier to get the economy going at the very least. I guess we'll see what theme they come up with next season and if it makes the game feel fresh.
