So with the new update, will anyone be having a look at the game again?
Not a chance, I'll never support a scammer, even if, 2 years later and due to massive pressure, they finally add some of the things they lied about in the first place.

Having my first look at this in over a year. Repaired the first ship, took off, found some building type thing, repaired something, it led me to a beacon which showed me a much nicer (albeit with everything broken) ship than mine, so in the processing of fixing critical systems there.

I've been playing it a lot, got a handful of bases set up as mining colonies and a main base to very slowly try and grind out some farming. Really want to leapfrog up the ship sizes but it's taking forever to save up, then I've got to find a ship that's nice! I miss the days where you could grind up by just grabbing the distress beacon ships which would always have one more storage slot. :D

I've been really enjoying it. I started a survival game and totally lucked out, within 15 minutes I'd found a previously undiscovered planet that had "full" flora and "rich" fauna, is 20 degrees during the day (no thermal protection needed) and is full of crashed freighters and other cool things to explore. Being that it was undiscovered I got to name it, so the planet is called Sathtopia :D

I have my freighter now also so in the process of building up my Korvax rep and farming mats to create fuel so I can start sending expeditions out.

I'm yet to find a planet that was discovered by someone else, though I'm still lurking way out on the rim trying to build up cash and collect all the crafting blueprints. Finally got a decent farm set up inside my base so I can grind plants into money, but 48 slot ships cost 110 million units... :(

Do either of you mind if I randomly drop into your games?
I feel that is the point of this latest update, and I'm not using it enough.

Also every planet I have found is actively trying to kill me... I have had snow, heat and poison

No worries at all :)

I mind! You can't have my discoveries! :P

Which hyperdrive upgrades do you want? They all come from the blueprint vendor on the side of the space station with the exosuit slot upgrade. Middle vendor has the starship upgrades.
Cost nanite clusters, the blueprints option on the vendor is for things you can build on any ship whenever you want, the upgrades are single use items. Blueprints will get you the Cadmium/Emeril/Indium drive plans which let you travel to Red/Green/Blue star systems. The upgrades improve your range and I think efficiency?

If you want to travel to red/green/blue systems without the requisite drive your freighter can carry you there instead. Probably the easier option!

I think it is the fuel cell to go in the hyperdrive... As I know I have the hyperdrive made.
I will check once I am home and can load the game up

Warp Cells? You should have the schematics for the Antimatter and the Antimatter Containment Unit thingy, which you combine into a warp cell.

Need to load it up and have another look

It wouldnt be hard to miss, the game as probably the worst interface and inventory ive ever seen. Absolutely shocking, I've never played a game so badly designed that i forgot the controls.

I've been really enjoying it, I'd just enjoy it 10x more if it wasnt so obviously an afterthought on PC.

Should be on the left click crafting menu in the exosuit inventory. May need to hit the down arrow a few times to get it to show all the recipes, they organise according to most recently used or acquired. Alternately, if you already have a warp cell you can hold E while hovering over it to craft a new one, if you have the materials.

I found it... apparently I hadn't gone to a signal that I didn't know about...
Now have a hyperdrive, and I am on a planet that isn't trying to actively kill me. Much happier.
Now to find the supplies to refuel my ship...
