According to Steamdb the biggest sale it has had so far is 10% off, which is what I paid for it I think. Christmas sales won't be far off though, could get a nice discount then. I've definitely got my $20 worth out of it anyway :D

Yeah same, it looks more like a $9 purchase for me.

I've noticed that is available on PS4, does anyone know if you can play against PC users or are they separate?

It most definitely is cross platform! Nearly every match has PS4 players in it (you can tell by the PSY NET avatar they are assigned). You can't "create a party" across platforms though, and I think the text chat is limited for PS4 users (not that it is an issue), but PS4 is a big reason why this game has such a big player base. On Steam there is often over 40,000 players playing at any time, and there would be even more than that on PS4 I'm sure.

I got it from Green Man Gaming... for $14.99USD, came to $21AUD so wasn't too bad...
It is in the VIP section for that cost

I should be about, sounds good to me! :) I'm WA time, so it might be a bit later than your 9, as that's 6 for me and I will probably be messing about with stuff.

I just had a game and there was a person with the username Matty™ in it and I thought for a moment it might be gon Matty, then he was an absolute douche calling people a virgin and saying stuff like Rekt, so I knew it was definitely gon Matty :P  :P

Bahahaha... I don't think I have played a game where anyone has really chatted at all...
I seem to be getting weird lag spikes when I play... sits at 32 normally, then randomly jumps to 800 for 2 seconds, and back to 32 again...

Thankfully you can block peoples voice and text chat in-game. Per individual, your team only, or completely block all communication.

I've been fine as far as lag, but I do get annoying stutters every time someone joins or leaves during a match.

Played a few games last night....
Managed to have a flukey game where I ended up scoring 5 goals...
One of which was a straight run at the kick off and it went straight in, the opposition started to actually get pissed off, was slightly funny...

Played a single game with the low gravity mod on... that was weird, you can pretty much direct yourself in the air with your rocket boost.. if you have some skill (which I don't)

I have also got to semi-pro, slowly working my way up...

Too many games.

I'd love to play more Rocket League, but I think all of my baby free gaming time will go in to Fallout 4 in the foreseeable future.

I didn't make it online until around 10pm my time last night, which I guess would have been 1pm yours (if you're EST). I'll send you a friend request on Steam the next time I log in and we will definitely catch up for a game.

I love getting those kick off goals! Doesn't happen often, but it is sweet when it does!

Disco has just made me aware that this is on sale, currently for 20% off. If we have a few more people pick it up I will definitely put some plans into action for some kind of casual season/tournament thing. Already have a few ideas on it.

First one is the car I have used the most, with the items I have used the most on it. Skulls everywhere, usually with the burnout boost stream.
Second is the car I use currently. Splashes of green on both versions of the car, now with ion green boost stream (was rainbow boost stream until yesterday)

I've been playing on both platforms which is a little annoying as it means I have two logins, plus the controller on the PC is an Xbox controller whilst the PS4 is
obviously a PS4 controller. I prefer the Xbox controller as its kinder to my tiny hands, but I'm slowly getting used to the PS4 controller.

Agreed, not perfectly happy with the blue one just yet... might fiddle with it a bit more...
Really love the red and white scheme though, especially with the horns...
And the corroded metal finish gives it a weird matte like finish

Might make myself a new shiny car to do the tournament in though, and only use it for that...

Livin' the life! :D

I'm intrigued by the "Chaos is coming" info on the screen too. I can't say I have noticed that message on the PC version. I'll have to check later.
