SW:TOR

Post here while you're in the queue - these games definitely do not have a single-player mode.

SW:TOR

Anyone play still?

I've recently re-subbed so I could check out the new(ish) content. It's not too bad, they've upped the level cap to 65, and inserted a bunch of new stuff, companions, a planet or 2, and a bunch of new chapters for your characters personal story line.

I like a lot of what they have done. My one complaint is that, as someone that hadn't played in a long time, I was ready for a fun, long involved run to the new level cap. This was not the case. I managed to hit the new level cap of 65 in a matter of 3 hours. (I was level 60, so only 5 levels, but still....) Now I am back at the stage where I left the game last time, doing laps of the fleet trying to figure out what to do next....

I've been in contact with some of my buddies who also used to play, we're going to get in to some pvp and see how it goes.

Did they forget to remove the faster levelling for the new content or something? Level cap in 3 hours is insane

Strange hey. I had rested xp for the first couple of levels, but it seemed far too fast really.

I haven't played since I pre-ordered the hutt cartel expansion and didn't play it lol so i'm level 50. Would love to get back into it, but time is a factor and don't think I have many people to play with.

Haven't played since a month or so before the Revan expansion when I tried it again. Just can't get back into it now. :(

Picked this up again ahead of the Onslaught expansion that launched today. Trailer!

Have been playing through the Smuggler class storyline and really enjoying it. Though I've bought a lot of convenience stuff off the Cartel Market with the coins I've saved up at 100 a month from having an authenticator. :D Have only been doing the class quests, not any of the side stuff, and still overleveled heading into chapter 2 of 3.

... might just be posting while I wait for the servers to come back up. :)

I really liked the game back in the day, the main problem i had was that you do all this grand stuff as the smuggler like capturing an enemy fleet and they reward you with peanuts, then once you get your ship back the engaging story turns into "hey uhh.. you should do all this shit for us for free, even though youre not political at all" and it was just crap.
