Re: Fleeting/Random/Thoughts
I'm doing pretty good with my yoga and healthy eating mostly. Trimmed down a little bit since I've started. The hardest thing is eating well while we are traveling.

I'm doing pretty lousy with my "I shouldn't binge so often" approach to eating healthy. I'm hoping now that I'm back at work, the stress eating will be less than the boredom eating I did while on vacation.

Presumably the British show - then yes. They do that quite a lot with each episode being short movie length.Disco wrote:I haven't been following it, but is the TV show Sherlock serious about 3 episodes per season? Jesus.
Still pretty good though.

Re: Fleeting/Random/Thoughts
Sounds like Luther. Good show, but 4 episodes a season is pretty light on.

If there are ads, yes. Otherwise straight runtime is around an hour.Nitephyre wrote:Isn't Sherlock all movie-length episodes, like 1.5hrs?

Sorry I know it must be hard work, but I just pictured you rolling into their office on your Harley wearing all your riding gear and a pair of big black Ray-Ban sunnies.
YOU'RE TERMINATED.

My riding gear doesn't consist of all leather
I'm pretty bad when it comes to gear, riding around in shorts and a singlet top some days.

Re: Fleeting/Random/Thoughts
i had a mole change colour and shape in last few weeks, which has just been cut out of the back of my neck.
waiting 2 weeks before the stiches come out - so no heavy lifting or turning my head.
it could well be a melanoma (they cant rule it out, and looks bad, waiting on biopsy) , so always get yourself checked.
other than that - hope everyone is well and doing good.

Hoping for the best for you MT.
This first week back at work after the Christmas break feels so long.
Just 1 day left of the week though, then a kid free weekend, which is meant to be a lot cooler than previous ones. Meaning I need to mow my lawn where it has taken off.

Re: Fleeting/Random/Thoughts
God I remember when I lived in Osborne Park we lost power for nearly a full day, I got sent home from work at midday to find my place was having a brown out. Fridge was on but no TV or PC. My friend who lived on the other side was completely without power and the cafe on main Street right between the 2 of us had full power. So we sat there all night sinking sparkling water until they closed down.
Hope you're back up and running soon!

Just got new Hockey/Trail shoes... holy crap these things are light... and grip like nothing else I have ever worn.
Very happy with them, and now to wear them in a bit before hockey season starts

Promised myself I'd not ride in only a T-Shirt. Have already done it. Sometimes it's just way too hot.Disco wrote:My riding gear doesn't consist of all leatherI'm pretty bad when it comes to gear, riding around in shorts and a singlet top some days.

Matter of fact, I didn't even give you my coat!
Re: Fleeting/Random/Thoughts
Too hot, too inconvenient, just going down the road.. I know, if I'm riding around town I only really bother about wearing closed shoes and that's it but if I'm heading out of town I put on kevlar jeans and wear my leather jacket/gloves and a full face helmet.Matty wrote:Promised myself I'd not ride in only a T-Shirt. Mostly because my full face helmet has bluetooth speakers, and music is awesome on rides, and bugs suck.

Re: Fleeting/Random/Thoughts
The forecast had 90% chance of rain yesterday, 100% chance today. Got a whole 2mm around midnight last night. So I guess technically they weren't actually wrong.

"He got really aggressive and kept saying 'I'm Shannon Noll let me back in to the Crazy Horse' and then punched a security guard," a witness told 9NEWS.

Re: Fleeting/Random/Thoughts
Im listening to the local police radio in the background for shits and giggles, officer bitten by a dog then a purely lulzy call: the informant states that x-person who is her neighbour was sleeping on her "couch" when her husband came home and now he's chasing person-x down the street.... haha

Come on Matty, we all know you were down at the Crazy Horse last night with Nollsy. Everyone knows bikies hang around strip clubs with 3 time winners of a Nickelodeon Australian Kids' Choice Award.Matty wrote:lol'd @ the Shannon Noel incident today. Who even know he was in town?
